What You Can Report
You can contact us about possible errors such as:
- incorrect winning number
- missing winning number
- wrong Prize Bond denomination
- incorrect draw number
- wrong draw date or city
- incorrect prize amount
- incomplete Third Prize list
- missing leading zero
- outdated tax information
- outdated claim form or procedure
- incorrect Premium Prize Bond information
- broken or incorrect page link
How to Report an Error
Use the Contact Us page and include enough detail to identify the issue.
For a Prize Bond result, please provide:
Denomination + Draw # + Bond Number + Prize Tier + Page URL
If possible, also include the relevant National Savings or SBP/SBP BSC source showing the correct information.
For example:
Rs.750 – Draw #107 – 004381 – Third Prize
Specific information makes verification faster.
How We Check a Report
When a correction request involves factual Prize Bond information, we normally check the relevant primary source.
Our preferred source order is:
- Central Directorate of National Savings
- State Bank of Pakistan / SBP BSC
- Federal Board of Revenue for tax matters
- Reliable secondary sources only when an official source does not answer the issue
For result errors, we may recheck the denomination, draw number, date, city and affected winning number before making a change.
Winning Number Corrections
Prize Bond numbers are treated as complete identifiers.
A missing zero can change the result:
004381 is different from 4381.
If a number has been entered incorrectly in the Savings.com.pk database, we correct the stored result after confirming it against the relevant source.
Outdated Information
Some Prize Bond information can change over time, including:
- tax rates
- draw schedules
- prize structures
- claim forms
- claim procedures
- Premium Prize Bond rates or rules
- active and discontinued denominations
When newer authoritative information replaces an older rule, the current information page should be updated.
Historical draw information may remain unchanged when it correctly reflects the rules or prize structure that applied at that time.
What Happens After an Error Is Confirmed
Depending on the issue, we may:
- correct the winning number
- add a missing number
- update the draw date or city
- correct the prize amount
- replace outdated information
- fix an incorrect internal or official-source link
- update related pages if the same error appears elsewhere
Small spelling or formatting mistakes may be corrected without a separate notice.
A material correction that changes the meaning of important information may be accompanied by an update or correction note where useful.
Factual Error or Editorial Disagreement
Not every disagreement is a factual error.
A factual correction involves something that can be checked, such as a winning number, date, amount or government procedure.
An editorial disagreement may involve wording, layout or how information is explained. We may review such feedback, but it does not automatically require a factual correction.
No Fixed Response Time
Some reports can be checked quickly. Others may require reviewing an old draw list, historical notification or government document.
Savings.com.pk does not promise a fixed response time for every correction request.
Providing the exact page and supporting source usually makes the review easier.
Automated Tools and Corrections
Software and automated tools may help organize or publish Prize Bond information, but they are not treated as the final authority.
If an automated process introduces an error, it is handled in the same way as any other factual mistake: the information is rechecked and corrected.
